Delivery options

You have the following options to have your order delivered:

1. Delivery to your home.

2. Delivery to a different address.

3. Collection from our Shop in Willebroek.

 

Delivery time
Items with the "In Stock" status ordered Monday through Friday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Items with the status "Delivery time on request" will be delivered as soon as possible. To inquire about a delivery time, please contact us by phone at +32 3 272 41 21 or by email at info@infraroodexpert.be.

Once we have received your payment/order, your package will be prepared for shipment and collected by our transport service (FEDEX, TNT/UPS, DHL, BPOST or other).

Your package will then be delivered to your chosen address in the next few days.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will receive a note in your mailbox. This will indicate that the package was either delivered to a neighbor or that a second delivery will be made.
