What is the difference between a red lamp and an amber light?
The traditional red infrared lamp emits a warm, cozy red light that's perfect for an evening outdoors. The lamp instantly emits 2000W of short-wave infrared heat as soon as you turn it on, without preheating. If you prefer a less bright red light, the Amber Light version is a good alternative—it provides the same warmth but with a subtle golden glow.

What is the difference between shortwave, mediumwave and longwave infrared?
Short-wave infrared (like this Heliosa) is the only technology suitable for fully open patios, even in windy and rainy conditions. The heat radiation is so powerful that wind doesn't dissipate the heat—you feel the warmth directly on your skin, just like the sun. Medium-wave infrared only works on sheltered or wind-free patios, and long-wave infrared is only suitable for verandas and enclosed spaces, not patios.

What is the difference between Heliosa 11 and Heliosa 66?
